Julius Jackson Cole died at his home 1 and 1/2 miles north of Lipe Station last Sunday morning age 89. He was a native of NC and moved to this county 60 years ago and settled at the place at which he died. He was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church and his last request was the same song that was sung when he was baptized be sung at his funeral. The remains were interred at the family burying ground on Monday. The Rev. Mr. Stoker preaching the funeral service.
